Jason Thielman

Partner

Jason Thielman is the former Executive Director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), where he led the effort to flip the Senate back to Republican control in 2024. Under his leadership, the NRSC achieved its most significant majority since 2014, gaining four seats—a feat unmatched in a presidential election cycle since 1980. Before the NRSC, Jason served as Chief of Staff to Senator Steve Daines, where he played a pivotal role in key tax negotiations on the Senate Finance Committee, helping secure provisions for the pass-through tax deduction, a significant win for small businesses. Jason began his partnership with Daines in 2012, chairing his successful U.S. House campaign and continuing to provide strategic leadership through Daines’ Senate victories in 2014 and 2020.

Jason also played a key role in Montana politics, serving as a senior advisor to Governor Greg Gianforte during his congressional and gubernatorial races. Additionally, he recruited Gianforte to run in the 2017 special election to replace Congressman Zinke. Jason lives in Alexandria, VA, with his wife and three children.

He served as Western Regional Political Director in the White House Office of Political Affairs during the Bush administration and continues to be a trusted political advisor to Governor Greg Gianforte, Governor Brad Little (ID), Senator Steve Daines (MT), and Senator Tim Sheehy (MT).

Brock served as Chief of Staff to the former Montana Senate President, gaining invaluable experience navigating the state’s legislative process. A proud Montanan and graduate of the University of Montana, Brock currently resides in Alexandria, VA.

Tim Edson

Partner

Tim Edson is the former Political Director at the National Republican Senatorial Committee (2023-2024), where he headed the political operation that won the most Senate seats since 1980 in a presidential year while recapturing the Senate majority. Before NRSC, Tim managed and consulted political campaigns and independent expenditure efforts in more than two dozen states. Tim has written and produced award-winning gubernatorial, Senate, and House races advertising.

Tim previously ran his consulting practice and was a managing director at a leading political and public affairs consulting firm. He was recognized in 2020 by the American Association of Political Consultants as one of its 40 Under 40.

Tim has also worked as a Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director on Capitol Hill and as a legislative and press aide in the Virginia General Assembly. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and splits time between Washington, DC, and Indianapolis, IN.

Chet Martin

Vice President

Chet Martin is the former National Field Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) in 2024, and is a veteran of campaigns in over a dozen states. At the NRSC, he designed a first-of-its-kind data sharing program between Senate campaigns and allied issue advocacy groups, fueling a Republican majority. He previously served as President Trump’s 2020 Georgia Field Director and the RNC’s 2022 Georgia State Director.
